Therapy That Fits Into Real Life
Some of your child’s biggest challenges happen at home. That’s why we bring occupational therapy to you.
At Little Builders Pediatric, therapy is individualized around your child, your family, and your everyday routines. We work within your home environment to build meaningful skills, support regulation and independence, and give parents practical strategies they can feel confident using long after the session ends

Meet Your Occupational Therapist
Tatyana Ferguson OT Reg. (Ont.)
Founder & Pediatric Occupational Therapist
I believe children thrive when therapy is built around play, connection, and their unique strengths. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto, I bring years of pediatric experience supporting children with regulation, motor development, feeding, activity tolerance, and everyday participation. My experience also includes mentoring and supporting other therapists, strengthening my commitment to collaboration, clinical growth, and centered care. Through both clinic and in-home practice, I’ve learned that meaningful progress happens when therapy is individualized to each child and their environment, allowing skills to be developed where they matter most: in everyday life.
